WELDLINE CLAMPING SYSTEMS is an Australian owned family business and we pride ourselves on being a quality manufacturer. With our manufacturing base in South Australia, we have the advantage of updating systems to incorporate new technological improvements or product innovations and customizing systems to suit individual requirements. We have been manufacturing and designing innovative machinery since 1970.
All our products are manufactured to the highest quality which we can custom design. We constantly research and develop new products to enable our customers to increase production and improve the quality of the work produced. The Systems have been designed to simplify the clamping and gluing processes, with minimal clamping or gluing experience required, while reducing the time required to glue jobs and increase quality. |

| CLAMPS |
|
|
The Clamps have a gold zinc passivated coating to prevent surface rust and for easy removal of glue. The Clamps have been designed for work pieces up to 70mm high and can be manufactured from 600mm opening to 3 metre opening. Where higher work pieces are to be clamped Extender Rocker Plates can be used. For thinner work pieces (eg: V-groove panels) Hold Down Bars can be used.
The Clamps feature a Quick Action Rear Stop and fine screw threads for fast and precise adjustment. The Clamps are fitted with Speed Handles for fast and easy clamping (for use on the Clamping Rack) or with Hex Nuts for use on the Multi Station Rotating Clamping Systems with the hydraulic tightener.
A Rear Mounting Plate is fitted on clamps for use on the Clamping Rack which allows quick adjustment from row to row and ease of movement from side to side. A Fish Plate is fitted on the clamps for use on the Multi Station Rotating Clamping Systems which allows ease of movement from side to side.
As Clamping requirements increase the clamps can be converted to adapt from the Clamping Rack to the Multi Station Rotating Clamping Systems. |

|
The Clamps have a Quick Action Rear Stop fitted to ensure fast location. Once the work piece is in the clamps the Quick Action Rear Stop is moved to the back of the work piece. As the clamp is tightened the toggle will locate in to the nearest hole before clamping the work piece. |
|
Speed Handles can be fitted to Clamps for manual tightening. The Speed Handle allows for easy and precise tightening of the work piece. The user is able to feel the amount of pressure that is being applied as the clamp tightens on the work piece.
Hex Nuts are fitted to Clamps for use on Multi Station Clamping Systems or on Clamps to be tightened with a Nut runner. A socket handle can be supplied to tighten the clamps by hand. |
|
| Rack Mounting Plate |
Multi Station Mounting Plate |
The Clamps can be fitted with a Multi Station Mount Plate for mounting the clamps on the Multi Station Rotating Clamping System and for Clamps to be used on Clamping Racks a Rack Mounting Plate is fitted. Both mounting plates are designed to ensure smooth and fast adjustment of the Clamps position.
The Rack Mounting Plates can be changed to the Multi Station Mount Plate when upgrading to a Multi Station Rotating Clamping System |
|
Hold Down Bars can be used when gluing thin panels to hold the panels flat and prevent the panels from buckling during tightening. The Hold Down Bars are easily placed on to the clamps and has height adjustment to suit varying thickness. The Hold Down Bars can be used on the Clamping Rack and Multi Station Rotating Clamping System. |
|
Extender Rocker Plates can be used to increase the clamping height while maintaining even pressure on the face of the timber and can be used on the Clamping Rack and Multi Station Rotating Clamping System.
The Extender Rocker Plates are available in three sizes increasing clamping height up to 180mm high. ER100 increasing the Clamp height from 70mm to 120mm (is designed for the Multi Station Rotating Clamping System), ER120 will increase the Clamp height from 70mm to 140mm and the ER150 will increase the Clamp height to 180mm. |

CLAMPING RACK |
The versatile Clamping Rack is designed to increase gluing capacity while ensuring high quality glue joints. The Clamping Racks heavy-duty construction incorporates 6 levels and is available in 2.400 metres, 3.500 metres and 4.500 metres.
The Clamp can be fitted with a Speed Handle for manual tightening or with Hex Nuts for tightening with a nut runner. |

| Titebond® Wood Glue |
| For more than 65 years, Franklin has been the industry leader in bonding wood and wood products. Their history of innovation started in 1935 with Liquid Hide Glue, a ready-to-use formula that revolutionized the woodworking industry. In 1955, Franklin again set the standard with the development of the first aliphatic resin glue, Titebond® Original Wood Glue. Titebond® II Premium Wood Glue (1991) was the first one-part Type II water-resistant glue. Franklin International is proud to continue our tradition of excellence with the introduction of our first truly waterproof wood glue - Titebond® III Ultimate Wood Glue. |

Titebond® Original is an extremely fast-setting, high-quality aliphatic resin emulsion adhesive. It dries very rapidly to give a short clamp time and has high solvent-resistance.
Titebond® Original is excellent for sandable, general purpose assembly for particle board, MDF, plywood and other porous materials as well as edge and face gluing of hardwoods and softwoods. It is preferred by musical instrument makers around the world.
As the industry standard for woodworking, it provides a strong initial tack and fast speed of set to reduce clamp time. It also develops a bond stronger than the wood itself while offering excellent sandability and is unaffected by finishes.
Titebond®Original can help any woodworker achieve professional-looking results. It is ideal for wood, hardboard, particleboard, leather, cloth and most other porous materials. Titebond® Original is easy to use, non-toxic and cleans up with water.

Titebond® II Premium is the only leading brand, one-part cross-linking PVA wood adhesive that passes the ANSI Type II water-resistance specification. It is ideal for exterior woodworking projects, including outdoor furniture, birdhouses, mailboxes, planters and picnic tables.
Titebond® II Premium provides a strong initial tack, fast speed of set, superior strength and excellent sandability. It is FDA approved for indirect food contact (cutting boards) and is ideal for radio frequency (R-F) gluing systems. It is recommended for high frequency and hot or cold press, edge and face gluing and finger joint applications. With its very fast setting rate, viscosity, stability and high percentage solids, Titebond® II Premium can also be used for a variety of assembly gluing applications. It develops a DIN EN 204 D3 water-resistant bond with a light-coloured glue line.

Titebond® III Ultimate Wood Glue is an Advanced Proprietary Polymer adhesive. This premier adhesive has excellent creep and heat-resistance, superior solvent-resistance, very low minimum use temperature, and excellent bond strength.
The first one-part, non-toxic, solvent free and cleans up with water - safer to use than traditional waterproof wood glues. The waterproof formula passes the ANSI/HPVA Type I water-resistance specification and offers superior bond strength, longer open assembly time and lower application temperature.
Titebond ® III provides strong initial tack, sands easily without softening and is FDA approved for indirect food contact (cutting boards). The ultimate in wood glues - ideal for both interior and exterior applications. Titebond® III Ultimate Wood Glue is an excellent choice for edge and face gluing as well as general assembly of a wide variety of wood species. While all Titebond products provide superior performance, Titebond® III Ultimate is especially useful for outdoor applications in cooler temperatures or when concern for substantial moisture calls for the use of a Type I glue (USA boil test). For interior applications, the longer working time of Titebond® III Ultimate provides woodworkers the necessary latitude to ensure that substrates are precisely aligned before being bonded. Over all, Titebond® III Ultimate combines superior strength, sandability with water clean up and the ease of use of aliphatic resins with the, durability and water resistance of polyurethanes into one easy-to-use formulation.
