Glueline 6000™ Glue Applicator

The Unique Glueline 6000™ Glue Applicator is designed to apply a precise amount of glue to the work piece with minimum waste and maximum efficiency.

Glue can be applied to the timber on any edge including finger jointing and v-groove panels. The variable speed controller allows the user to set the speed required for different work pieces.

As gluing capacity increases a Conveyorized Glueline 6000™ Glue Applicator will provide a continuous supply while maintaining consistent and precise amount of glue.

Glueline 6000™ Glue Applicator Features

EASY TO USE

The Glueline 6000™ is ideal for applying a regulated glue coat thickness to different work pieces on any edge including fingerjointing, waste recovery and short or long lengths.

The work piece is simply guided over the felt roller on any edge and then clamped.

A variable speed controller allows the user to set the speed required for different work pieces.

The felt roller ensures complete coverage over the surface to be glued.

The Glueline 6000™ has a trolley with rear wheels so it can be moved easily or can be removed from the trolley and placed on a bench.

PRECISE DESIGN

The Glueline 6000™ is designed to apply an even and precise amount of glue. The rollers are fully adjustable allowing a consistent and accurate application of glue to be applied to the work piece with minimal waste.

The rollers are stainless steel and the top roller has a replaceable felt roller providing excellent coverage on all surfaces.

CLEANING The Glueline 6000™ is a easy self cleaning unit with a convenient stainless steel slide out tray.

AIR TIGHT UNIT

The Glueline 6000™ airtight stainless steel unit allows glue to be left in the tray between gluing jobs. On completion of the job the lid is simply closed until the next job.
