The Clamps in each of the 8 Clamping Stations can be easily moved along the length of the system.
Each station can be fitted with 2 to 16 clamps depending on the width of the system.
The system can be built with clamp working widths from 900mm to 1300mm |

The 8 Station Rotating Clamping System features a fully programmable P L C unit that ensures smooth forward or reverse rotation.
The System is easy to operate with a single push button station change.
Thier is an Emergancy Stop Button on the control panel and at the other end of the system. |

The Pneumatic Panel Flattener travels the length of the system and is designed to hold the work-piece flat against the clamps while they are being tightened.
The Pneumatic Panel Flattener pressure can be adjusted to suit different clamping requirements. |

The Hydraulically operated clamp tightener travels the length of the system and allows the operator to quickly tighten the clamps.
The Hydraulic Clamp Tightener has variable speed control. By turning the Grip Handle slightly in a clockwise or anti-clockwise direction the Clamp Tightener will tighten/loosen the clamp. As the Grip Handle is turned further the speed of the Clamp Tightener will increase.
The Hydraulic Clamp Tightener pressure can be adjusted to suit different clamping requirements. When the pressure is set to the required torque the Hydraulic Clamp Tightener will tightened the clamp to that torque preventing over-tightening. |
