The Clamps in each of the 8 Clamping Stations can be easily moved along the length of the system.
Each station can be fitted with 2 to 16 clamps depending on the width of the system.

The 16 Station Rotating Clamping System features a fully programmable P L C unit that ensures smooth forward or reverse rotation.
The System is easy to operate with a single push button station change.
Their is an Emergancy Stop Button on the control panel and at the other end of the system. |

The Pneumatic Panel Flattener travels the length of the system and is designed to hold the work-piece flat against the clamps while they are being tightened.
The Pneumatic Panel Flattener pressure can be adjusted to suit different clamping requirements. |
