STANDARD FEATURES:
Variable heat control switch with cooling-off settings.
Single phase 240 volt electrics throughout.
Sheet steel machine body with anti-friction strips on work table.
Driven polyurethane pressure roller after edgestrip application position.
Complete with foot pedal control of cut-off guillotine – used when shaped workpiece will not activate table limit switches.
Shaped panels can be edged by removing outfeed fence.
Sheet steel tray to support rolls of edgestrip.
Note: No flush end trimming or top and bottom trimming.

1250 watt heater/blower unit to re-activate glue.

MODEL KDT-150 GLUE POT TYPE EDGEBANDING MACHINE For edgestrip 0.4mm to 2mm thick

The KDT-150 is a compact automatic edgebanding machine designed to apply and trim edgestrip from 0.4mm melamine to 2mm PVC onto straight panels from 12mm to 45mm thick, with automatic through feed of the panels and built to provide reliable, accurate edge banding for many years of operation.

FEATURES:
Pneumatic guillotines flush trim the excess tape from each end and large 80mm diameter top and bottom cutterheads flush trim thin melamine edge tape and 2mm radius trim the thicker 2mm PVC edging.
A small glue pot with heating elements heats the glue to application temperature. 
Glue is applied to the panel edge by a glue roller.
A round support table on the rear of the machine holds the roll of edgestrip ready to be fed into the machine.
The accuracy of the machine is assured by a heavy frame onto which all the working units are mounted. 
A digital readout is fitted to the adjustment for working height.
An adjustable support beam to hold wide panels is mounted on two sliding bars on the front of the machine. 
The overhead belt driven feed unit and all the working units are covered by sheet metal safety guards.
