CONVEYORISED GLUELINE 6000™

A versatile glue applicator, which allows for a wide range of gluing applications to be accomplished with ease and speed.

The system can be manufactured with In-feed and Out-feed Tables to suit individual requirements in length.
Glue can be applied to the timber on any edge including finger jointing and v-groove panels. 
Conveyorised Glue Applicator Features
The Unique Conveyorised Glueline™ Glue Applicator is designed to increase gluing capacity by providing a continuous, regulated supply of timber while maintaining a consistent and precise amount of glue is applied to the work piece.

The felt roller ensures complete coverage over the surface to be glued while applying a precise amount of glue with minimum waste and maximum efficiency for high production gluing with ease.

The work piece is loaded on to the In-Feed Conveyor where it is feed accross the glue applicator on to the Out-Feed Conveyor until it reaches the Auto Stop Electric Eye.

A Variable Speed Controller allows the user to set the speed required for different work pieces.
 
GLUE ROLLERS AND THE HOLDDOWN ROLLER
  
The Conveyorised Glueline 6000™ is designed to apply an even and precise amount of glue. The rollers are stainless steel and the top roller has a replaceable felt roller providing excellent coverage on all surfaces and are fully adjustable allowing a consistent and accurate application of glue to be applied to the work piece with minimal waste.

The In-Feed Conveyor is fitted with an adjustable Holddown Roller to ensure the workpiece passes with maximun and even contact with the glue roller.

The PLC controlled Conveyorised Glue Applicator Features Soft Start Variable Speed In-Feed and Out-Feed Conveyors. The Infeed and Out-Feed Conveyors are independently controlled with a speed adjustment from 0 to 25 metres per minute.

ELECTRIC EYE
Electric Eye
An Auto Stop Electric Eye is fitted to the Out-feed Conveyor and can be positioned anywhere along Out-feed Conveyor. The Extendable Bar (at the end of the Out-feed Conveyor) allows the Auto Stop Electric Eye to extend past the end of the Out-feed Conveyor the for longer length materials.
SAFTEY
Emergency Stop Buttons are fitted on the Control Panel, In-feed and Out-feed Conveyors. Safety Clutches on the In-feed and Out-feed Conveyors prevent damage to the operator and/or Conveyorized Glue Applicator if a jamb occurs.
TIMBER GUIDES AND KLEAT
The In-Feed and Out-feed Conveyors are fitted adjustable Timber Guides. The Timber Guides and the Kleats are zinc and gold passivated.
AIR TIGHT UNIT
  
The Conveyorized Glueline 6000™ is an airtight stainless steel unit. The glue can be left in the glue applicator between gluing jobs. On completion of the job the lid is simply closed until the next job.

  
CLEANING
  
The Glueline 6000™ is a easy self cleaning unit with a convenient stainless steel slide out tray.
