16 Station Rotating Clamping Systems
The Model 61-16 features a working width of 6.100 metres with 16 clamping stations and fitted with 192 1.200mm opening Clamps. Multi Station Rotating Clamping System Model 27-16
The Model 45-16 features a working width of 4.500 metres with 16 clamping stations and fitted with 160 1.200mm opening Clamps. Multi Station Rotating Clamping System Model 27-16
The 16 Station Rotating Clamping System is designed for high productivity incorporating heavy-duty construction, safety guarding and a simple operating system.

The Systems are manufactured with working widths of 2.700 metres, 4.500 metres, 6.100 metres and 7.200 metres. We can also design a system to suit your individual requirements.The Systems can be built with Clamp working widths from 900mm to 1300mm.

All Systems are installed and training is given by our staff.

16 CLAMPING STATIONS
The Clamps in each of the 16 Clamping Stations can be easily moved along the length of the system.

Each station can be fitted with 2 to 16 clamps depending on the width of the system.

The system can be built with clamp working widths from 900mm to 1300mm
PLC Unit
P L C OPERATED
The 16 Station Rotating Clamping System features a fully programmable P L C unit that ensures smooth forward or reverse rotation.

The System is easy to operate with a single push button station change.

Their is an Emergancy Stop Button on the control panel and at the other end of the system.
AVALIBLE SIZE
The 16 Station Rotating Clamping System is avalible with working widths of 2.700 metres, 4.500 metres, 6.100 metres and 7.200 metres.
We can also custom manufacture the system to suit individual requirements.

Pneumatic Panel Flattener
PNEUMATIC PANEL FLATTENER
The Pneumatic Panel Flattener travels the length of the system and is designed to hold the work-piece flat against the clamps while they are being tightened.

The Pneumatic Panel Flattener pressure can be adjusted to suit different clamping requirements.
Hydraulic Clamp Tightener
HYDRAULIC CLAMP TIGHTENER
The Hydraulically operated clamp tightener travels the length of the system and allows the operator to quickly tighten the clamps. 

The Hydraulic Clamp Tightener has variable speed control. By turning the Grip Handle slightly in a clockwise or anti-clockwise direction the Clamp Tightener will tighten/loosen the clamp. As the Grip Handle is turned further the speed of the Clamp Tightener will increase.

The Hydraulic Clamp Tightener pressure can be adjusted to suit different clamping requirements.  When the pressure is set to the required torque the Hydraulic Clamp Tightener will tightened the clamp to that torque preventing over-tightening.

Even when fully load with hard wood, the system will operate perfectly.

GUARDING
The Multi Station Rotating Clamping System is enclosed with Guarding to the rear and both sides.

When the System is being rotated a light and sirien sound to alert staff when the system is being rotated.
